Randy J. McPheron, A.M.S.
Our A.M.S. is a graduate of Clear Creek Baptist Bible College in Pineville, Ky. He also attended The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville. He actively participates in Southern Baptist life, including having served on the Southern Baptist Committee on Nominations, the Kentucky Baptist Convention Mission Board, Associational Moderator, World Missions Conference Chairman, and Pastor’s Conference speaker. Randy was licensed to the ministry in 1987, ordained in 1988, and began pastoring at age nineteen.
Randy is married to Lisa McPheron and they live in Mt. Vernon. Randy and Lisa have three children and one granddaughter. Lisa owns and operates Tic Toc Christian Preschool in Mt. Vernon.
Randy began serving as Associational Missions Strategist for RAKB in August 2009. Randy has preached throughout the southeastern United States. He has led crusade events in South America and Asia. He has led and participated in mission work in Brazil, The Philippines, Africa, Alaska, Vermont, Indiana, and Nicaragua. In addition to serving as A.M.S. Randy also serves as an Evangelist through his ministry, “Touch of Hope Evangelistic Ministries”.

Ministry Assistant, Virginia ‘Jenny’ McKinney
Jenny has been serving as Ministry Assistant for RAKB since August 1998. She is an active member of the Freedom Baptist Church and has been married to her husband, Ronnie since 1981. They live on a farm in Mt Vernon with their dog, Samson. They have 2 daughters: Shena, who lives with her husband, Nayson, in Australia and Emily, who lives in Lexington KY with her husband, Ed. Emily is the weekend meteorologist at WLEX-18. Jenny enjoys spending time with her family and enjoys watching UK basketball.
